SAP Databricks Recovery

Databricks recovery needs a standby environment that can be rebuilt consistently.

A manually assembled standby region can differ in networking, identity, and runtime configuration. I implemented reusable Terraform modules for workspace, network, compute, identity, and logging foundations across primary and standby regions.
